Probably the most worrying thing about kissing for the first time is how to be sure the person we want to do it with is interested.

Usually you will have some sort of "gut feeling". For making sure look for signs such as looking into each others eyes and smiling. Other signs may be "flirting" seeking each others company, making jokes and generally paying each other a lot of attention.

There is always the 100% sure way to know if he/she is interested to be your partner in kissing for the first time and that is simply to make sure by asking them

Rather than getting yourself all twisted up about how and when it will happen take the initiative. There are ways you can make kissing for the first time happen. Try creating the right conditions, such as a quiet and private place.

The person you plan on kissing for the first time with is probably shy and worried about it the same way you are, they also want it to happen just as much as you. Once you decided that you want to kiss for the first time and who you want to do it with don't hesitate to be the braver one and initiate things.

I know for some of us it easier said than done. Maybe it will be easier for you not to worry if you take into consideration that evolution, mother nature, god, (in which ever order you care to place them) have equipped us with an in built ability for kissing.

We are not the only animals who do it and for who ever does it there must be kissing for the first time.
